This 4 week Introductory Coaching Package is designed for individuals who want to experience the impact that coaching can have in their life while exploring the best options for their ongoing coaching needs. Our introductory coaching package is designed to get you acclimated with the gifts that coaching can bring to your life and your purpose. Youth Leadership
True Choices is committed to bring leadership and character building to youth (ages 14-18) by preparing for their future now. Youth Leadership inspires young people to develop compassion, acceptance and respect for self and others; communication skills; self-esteem and self-love; and especially create a conscious awareness into who they are and their true potential to succeed in their journey. Professing that the children (youth) are our future has become cliché. However, here at True Choices, we believe in the power and beauty that youth possess. We believe so much that we have crafted a coaching package for youth ages 14-18 to help them prepare for a future that is truly theirs. This 4-12 week Goal Specific Coaching Package is designed for individuals who would like to focus on a specific goal(s) in their life. These clients value the clarity, weekly accountability, inspiration, discussions regarding the obstacles and meaningful support that ensures that progress is maximized in your personal or professional life. Time and goals go hand in hand. Through our four-point system: (clarity, accountability, inspiration, and targeted communication), our goal-specific coaching package can help you plan, design and achieve the goals you set for yourself. Conflict Analysis and Resolution Package
This 4 week Crisis Navigation Coaching package is best suited for individuals who need support, direction and clarity without wanting to commit to anything too far in the future. This package will help the client identify and analyze the various areas of conflict and understand the process of resolution. It is not therapy or counseling, however, so the intention will be to look forward at how to best navigate your journey. Resolution is a process. Conflict is too. Through our Conflict Analysis and Resolution Package, we will help you analyze the areas in your life that produce conflict so that you can understand these triggers and healthy ways to resolve them. Full-Service Packages
True Choices Coaching Package
This 12 week Life Transition Coaching Package is designed for individuals who are going through transition and life changes, either professionally or personally. Over the course of letting go of certain things and preparing for the journey ahead we all value from having a guide along the journey that can move at your pace to increase hope and action. We know the power of choice. Change begins with choice and your very life are a series of them. However, if the right decisions and actions are not taken, it may feel like you will never move past where you are. Through our True Choices Coaching Package, we will help you do just that; make true choices. You will learn to let go of everything that hinders your ability to choose correctly and you will gain life-changing knowledge to help you as you make the choices that are most true to you. Let’s change your life!
Retainer Coaching Package
This Coaching Package is designed for individuals who want the flexibility of coaching when significant choices or occasional accountability/support is needed. While progress is most made in a weekly setting, this package works best for clients who have either completed one of the other packages or is ideal for the busy executive or individual who wants to schedule a coaching call when most needed.
